About the PIERCER
Shasta is a dedicated professional body piercer based in the New York and New Jersey region, whose passion for piercings was ignited in her youth by her older sister, a piercer herself. Inspired by her sister’s artistry and professionalism, Shasta embarked on her own journey in the field, now proudly sharing her growth and achievements with her sibling, who continues to encourage and support her.
Shasta’s approach to body piercing goes beyond just the technical aspects; she takes immense pride in creating a warm and welcoming environment for her clients. Shasta prioritizes comfort and open communication, ensuring that each client feels valued and at ease. Additionally, she emphasizes the importance of aftercare, providing comprehensive guidance to help her clients maintain their new piercings and ensure a smooth healing process.
Among the various piercings she performs, Shasta has a particular fondness for conch piercings. She refers to it as the centerpiece of the ear, as it offers versatility—from elegant and understated designs to bold and elaborate clusters, and eventually, the option of a ring!
Committed to honing her craft, Shasta continuously seeks to expand her knowledge and skills as a piercer. She adheres to the standards set by the Association of Professional Piercers (APP) and actively learns from some of the most esteemed professionals in the industry.
