Yes we do! Body piercings start at age 14 years and up, excluding some specific piercings on minors. Club Tattoo will pierce the ear lobes of a minor under the age of 14 at the Piercers discretion at ages 5 and up. Parent or legal guardian (with documentation) has to be present with a State Issued ID & the Minor's ID or birth certificate. Please see more information on ID & Age requirements here.
The parent/legal guardian must call the studio beforehand to confirm the service request. We are strict in our requirements to ensure proper age and that valid legal parental consent is presented, so please contact the studio directly ahead of time to find out exactly what you will need to bring to your appointment.

Infections are relatively rare when your piercing is done by a professional and you follow proper aftercare instructions. We use industry-leading hygiene practices and high-quality materials to minimize the risk of infection, but it’s important to monitor your piercing during the healing process and follow our aftercare guidelines closely to avoid any complications.
Certain health conditions, such as diabetes or immune system disorders, can affect how well your piercing heals and increase the risk of complications. If you have any medical concerns, let us know, and we’ll tailor the piercing process to suit your needs safely and effectively.
Surface anchors are a unique type of piercing that, when done by a skilled professional, are just as safe as traditional piercings. They’re often considered “long-term temporary,” meaning they may last from several months to many years. Be aware that on some clients the body can make them migrate and naturally push them out over time. But with proper placement and aftercare, you can maximize their lifespan and minimize any potential scarring.
Oral piercings are safe when performed by an expert piercer using sterile tools and appropriate jewelry. At Club Tattoo, we prioritize your safety by ensuring proper placement using high-quality, biocompatible jewelry and providing detailed aftercare instructions.
Non-sterile gloves are the minimum requirement set by the Association of Professional Piercers, but sterile gloves are a standard part of our procedure at Club Tattoo. Your safety is our top priority, and we use the best practices in the industry to ensure a clean, safe piercing experience.
If you’re expecting, your navel piercing might need some adjustment. Some people choose to keep their jewelry in, throughout pregnancy, while others may opt to remove it as the body changes. Whether the piercing site stays open varies from person to person. We’re here to help you assess your options and make the best choice for your comfort and safety.
We advise against getting pierced during pregnancy. Your body’s immune system is already working hard, and even recently-healed piercings may become irritated or problematic. There’s also a risk, however small, that complications like infection could negatively impact your pregnancy.
After giving birth, it’s best to wait at least three months before getting a new piercing. This allows your body to recover and your immune system to stabilize, ensuring a safer healing process. A similar rule applies for nipple piercings; it’s best to wait three months after the end of breast milk production.
Nipple piercings shouldn’t affect your ability to breastfeed, as the piercing typically doesn’t obstruct the milk ducts or flow. However, the jewelry should be removed during actual feeding to eliminate choking hazards.
Following the three-month period after giving birth, it’s generally safe to get pierced while nursing. Nipple piercings are the exception. We recommend waiting three months after you’ve finished breastfeeding before getting a nipple piercing.
Unless the piercing is in the area of interest, you may not need to remove your jewelry for scans like MRIs. However, it’s always best to check with your doctor or the technician conducting the scan. For CT scans, metal jewelry in the area being examined should be removed to prevent blurring of the images.
Absolutely not. Piercing kits are dangerous and lack the sterile environment and expertise that professionals provide. Trust our pros at Club Tattoo for a safe, clean, and precise piercing experience.
When performed by an experienced professional in a sterile environment, genital piercings are safe and often heal faster than other types. At Club Tattoo, we approach these sensitive piercings with the utmost care and respect.
Rejection or migration occurs when your body pushes the jewelry out of the piercing site. This can be due to poor placement, low-quality jewelry, excessive movement, or your body’s natural reaction. We use expert techniques and high-quality, biocompatible jewelry to minimize these risks and give your piercing the best chance of staying in place.
Yes, but it’s important to choose the right materials and placement. We offer implant-grade hypoallergenic options, including titanium and niobium, to accommodate sensitive skin and metal allergies. Our piercers will work closely with you to ensure your skin condition or allergy is taken into account.
Larger jewelry is used for the initial piercing to leave room for swelling. But switching to a shorter size after the healing phase is crucial to prevent snags, excess movement, irritation, and other issues. Our piercers will let you know the ideal time to downsize, ensuring your piercing heals properly and stays comfortable.
If removed, some piercings may leave a small scar, bump, or hole. The extent of scarring depends on factors like placement, the size of the jewelry, and how long you’ve had the piercing. While scarring can’t always be avoided, we use techniques and provide aftercare advice designed to help minimize visible marks should you choose to remove your piercing.
Protect your piercing by being mindful of your movements and avoiding trauma to the area. This means exercising caution when engaging in activities or behavior that could catch or tug on your jewelry, like certain sports or wearing open-weave clothing. In the case of oral piercings, well-fit and properly-closed jewelry will minimize the rare chance that the piece is swallowed or inhaled.
