Returns & Exchange Policies

Thank you for making a purchase at Club Tattoo. We strive to satisfy all client orders, however, we understand that not all orders may be right.

We have a 30 day return and exchange policy. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will make it right or refund your original purchase price (less the shipping and handling fees). To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unworn, unwashed with original tags attached. For jewelry, the heat sealed bag that the jewelry ships in must be unopened. Due to the nature of body jewelry, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once the bag has been opened — no exceptions. Please email support@clubtattoo.com to initiate a return or exchange. 

International (non-U.S.) customers will be allowed 45 days for returns due to the longer shipping times.

The date postmarked on the return package will mark when your package was returned.

Items non-eligible for returns or exchanges:
- Body jewelry when the heat sealed bag has been opened
- Wearable items that have been washed or worn
- Items without the original tags still attached
- Undergarments
- Media items
- Any perishable goods

Before you open the Jewelry 
- Ensure the jewelry is not damaged
- Make sure the jewelry size is correct
- Make sure the jewelry is the correct jewelry ordered

Return Shipping Fee
If you are returning damaged or defective merchandise we will pay the cost of return shipping, just contact support@clubtattoo.com and inform them of the issues with the product, photographs are a great way to speed this process up. International (non-U.S.) returns cannot use prepaid shipping labels. If you are returning an internationally shipped order, please include your shipping receipt to be reimbursed or credited to your account. If we determine at our sole discretion that the merchandise you return is not eligible for return or exchange you authorize us to charge your original payment source the applicable return shipping charge.

Defective Items
If you receive damaged or defective merchandise we will pay the cost of return shipping. In the case of jewelry please include photos of the jewelry. Note - the jewelry must be sealed in the heat seal bag. If the bag has been open we will not accept the defective item. We do not accept returns on jewelry that has been worn.
