About the artist
Kyri’s journey into the world of body art began within the walls of his own home, watching and helping his family bring drawings to life. This early immersion in creativity laid the foundation for a career defined by Artistic Integrity and a deep respect for the craft.
Before mastering the needle, Kyri was pursuing a degree in Engineering—a background that now informs the precision and technical structure found in his complex compositions. He transitioned into professional tattooing through a formal apprenticeship in Amarillo, Texas, and has been refining his expertise for the past four years.
In alignment with the Club Tattoo philosophy that a tattoo is a "chapter in your life," Kyri approaches every project as a collaborative partnership. He prioritizes getting to know his clients personally, ensuring that each custom design is a unique reflection of their individual narrative and style. "I like to get to know the client so I can personalize the piece to their liking."
Kyri specializes in high-contrast Black and Gray Surrealism and vibrant Animated Characters. His work is heavily influenced by:
West Coast Culture: Drawing inspiration from the aesthetics and life experiences of his roots.
Artistic Mentors: Influenced by the styles of Mr. Reyes, Jonnelson, and Steven C. Martinez.
Professional Growth: A regular at tattoo expos, Kyri is dedicated to the constant evolution of his technique and staying at the forefront of industry innovation.
When he isn't crafting surrealist masterpieces, Kyri embraces a high-energy lifestyle. You can find him streaming, dancing, roller skating, or swimming. One of his proudest professional moments was the honor of tattooing a teacher he deeply looked up to—a testament to the meaningful connections he builds through his art.
