 - This gift card is redeemable only for merchandise and services purchased from Tattoo Partners.
 - The gift card value will be deducted from the total price of the goods or services.
 - The card is not a credit or debit card and has no implied warranties.
 - This gift card cannot be redeemed at the time of purchase.
 - No Military, VIP, Flyer, or any additional discounts can be applied to the gift card purchase.
2. Exclusions Gratuities/Tips:
 - This gift card cannot be used for gratuities, tips, or any discretionary payments made to service providers. Tips must be paid using an alternative form of payment.
 - Cash Value: This card is not redeemable for cash, except where required by law.
3. Expiration and Fees Non-Expiring:
 - This gift card does not expire. There is no maintenance fee, dormancy fee, or service fee associated with the use or non-use of this card.
 - The value loaded onto the card remains valid until it is fully redeemed.
4. Loss, Theft, or Damage
 - Treat this card like cash. Tattoo Partners is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged cards, or any unauthorized use.
 - Lost, stolen, or damaged cards will not be replaced or refunded.
