Clinton brings 8 years of professional experience to the Venetian studio and is an active member of the Association of Professional Piercers (APP). He specializes in technical and advanced placements, including surface piercings, genital piercings, orbitals, and paired piercings. He is currently focused on modern trends such as paired eyebrows and nostrils, facial surface piercings, and hidden or vertical helixes.
Clinton’s passion for the industry began at age 14. After spending years immersing himself in shop culture, he earned a counter position and a formal apprenticeship at Mooncusser Tattoo & Piercing. He further refined his craft in San Francisco and continues to attend seminars to ensure he remains at the forefront of the industry.
Clinton views piercing as a meaningful ritual that allows clients to become more at one with themselves. He balances a bubbly, outgoing personality with a calm, gentle, and reassuring technique to put every client at ease. He makes it a priority to walk every client through each step of the process, ensuring they are happy and confident before they leave the studio. He is motivated by the joy and self-confidence his clients achieve through their new body art.
When he isn't in the studio, Clinton is an amateur goldsmith who enjoys hand-crafting body jewelry. He is also an avid hiker who loves exploring the wonders of the natural world. Beyond his artistic talents, Clinton is an expert at baking cakes.
Clinton recalls a particularly touching experience when he performed a "Smiley" piercing for a client who had lost theirs and felt they had lost a part of their identity. After the procedure, the client was so overcome with joy that they cried. Two years later, that client still reaches out to express how happy they are with the results.
