Alberto

Meet Alberto, a Cuban-born artist, began his artistic journey in Havana City, spending three years at the local art institute. After a detour through various careers in Miami, he honed his tattooing skills in Georgia, completing an apprenticeship at Hollywood Twisted Needles alongside mentor Tito Zambrano of Ink Masters fame.

For Alberto, art has always been more than a passion — it’s a way to communicate what words can’t. Trained in art school in Cuba, he eventually found his true canvas: skin. After completing a formal apprenticeship in Georgia and dedicating over 11 years to professional tattooing, he now creates highly detailed work from Club Tattoo at The Venetian in Las Vegas.

Alberto specializes in black & gray realism, color realism, neo-traditional, and traditional styles — but it’s his emotional depth that makes each piece stand out. He thrives on portraits, movie characters, and human figures, bringing stories and feeling into every line. His philosophy? Put emotion into the piece. Evoke a reaction. Make it mean something.

Inspired by his Cuban heritage, the mentorship of Titon Zambrano, and the constant encouragement from fellow artist Arnaldo, Alberto blends culture and connection with technical mastery. Whether it’s a custom portrait or a full-front patriotic eagle piece for a military client (which took 24 hours of dedication), every tattoo is created with focus and fire.

Alberto was also the first person to open a tattoo studio on a U.S. military base — Nellis Air Force Base — a milestone that reflects both his talent and trust within the community.

Outside of the studio, he keeps the energy high and the creativity flowing with paddleboarding, water sports, and playing guitar. And fun fact? He once lived in Georgia — something most people don’t expect from this Havana-born artist.

If you’re looking for a tattoo with intention, realism, and raw emotional power, Alberto brings the story to life — one session at a time.
